Job Description


:We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Toronto, Ontario. The Accounting Clerk will be tasked with a variety of duties related to financial data management within the context of the industry. This role will involve close interaction with various accounting software systems and requires excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry of financial information into accounting software systems.
  • Reviewing and processing expenses using Concur.
  • Regular follow-ups to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties.
  • Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
  • Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient resource management.
  • Performing auditing tasks as per industry standards.
  • Use of ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services.
  • Implementing Accounting Functions as per the industry norms.
  • Use of CaseWare for financial reporting and auditing.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with CaseWare
  • Competency in using Concur
  • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions
  • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Proficiency in Auditing
  • Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations
