Adecco is currently hiring a part-time detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our client's finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour (based on experience)
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Job type: Temporary | Part-time
Duration: Until Dec 2025 (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
Assist in month-end and year-end closings, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST, PST, and other government remittances as required.
Support payroll processing, including timesheet verification and employee expense reporting.
Generate and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and manage outstanding accounts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
