Accounting Clerk - Payables

As an Accounting Clerk at Stoney Trail Mazda, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in process invoices, and supporting the overall financial operations of the dealership.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies Maintain accurate records of all transactions and assist with month-end closing Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues Support other accounting functions and general administration duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Accounting experience in an automotive dealership would be an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday

Pay:

Negotiable based on experience
