- Maintain and update accounting records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate financial reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate and timely data entry.
- Assist with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, organizing financial documents).
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and government agencies when requiredWe would love to meet:- Strong proficiency in French language
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role
- Strong skills in Excel
- Team player and collaborativeOther Language Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec
