Immediately available Accounting Clerk contract role in Downtown Niagara Falls working 5 DAYS A WEEK on-site with a highly respected organization in the community. This Accounting Clerk opportunity requires high volume invoice processing up to 100 invoices per week regarding both accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will have experience with bookkeeping as well as performing data entry, including journal entries, collections, and payroll processing for a small population of employees. The successful candidate will require professional business English, both written and verbal. You will have experience in stakeholder management, communication with other departments, and strong collaboration skills. This Accounting Clerk contract is a short-term opportunity.The Accounting Clerk must have 1+ years of accounting experience with processing both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Working for a highly respected organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Controller and be a collaborative team player. To be successful in this Accounting Clerk position, you must be able to work on site 5 days a week in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and be available immediately. You will have intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and lookups), professional business English, both verbal and written, and accounts payable and receivable experience for this opportunity.
