Bronnenco Construction Ltd. is growing, and seeking the perfect candidate for a new position to support our accounting team; an Accounting Clerk.The successful candidate will report directly to our Finance Manager. They will be responsible for their own duties, but much teamwork is present in the process. Daily operations will be from our office in Hyde Park, London ON.Application Deadline is July 1, 2024.Interviews will be held between July 2-July 5, 2024.Expected State Date is July 22, 2024.Responsibilities - including but not limited to:

• Accounting duties
• Enter payables in Jonas
• Apply payments in Jonas
• Reviewing bank statements
• Collecting invoices for billings
• Paper and digital filing
• Visa reconciliations
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Monitoring aging AR/AP and reporting to Finance Manager
• Data entry - loading data into Excel
• Assistance with Year End preparations and follow
• Sending e-mail remittances

Technical Skills:

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Jonas Service and Construction Software knowledge is preferred but not a requirement
• Accounting experience, education or exposure
• Ability to multi task
• Attention to detail

Part Time hours would be between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.For example, the schedule can be Monday-Thursday 9:30am-3:00pm, or Monday-Friday, 10:00am-3:00pm. This position will be a consistent, set schedule, requiring at least four days of the work week. This position does not have a remote work option.
