Accounting Administrator Responsibilities

  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and approval prior to processing
  • Code, date, and post payables and receivables accurately
  • Issue AR invoices and update ledger records
  • Complete bank runs, deposit cheques, and ensure receipts are booked promptly
  • Maintain journals, ledgers and supporting financial documentation
Accounting Administrator Qualifications
  • College diploma or certificate in Accounting
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • 2-4 years experience in AP/AR
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
