About you

• Some experience with basic accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, bank reconciliations, and vendor account reconciliations
• Formal accounting training or designations are preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and accounting software
• Reliable and a strong team player

About the job

• Performing bank reconciliations
• Processing accounts payable and payments
• Coordinating and processing accounts receivable
• Managing inventory, including processing inventory receipts and coordinating inventory exchanges
• Assisting the office manager and sales manager with daily activities, including transaction processing and document management
