Georgetown Hyundai is looking for an Accounting Clerk who has Automotive Dealership experience Qualifications; Minimum 3 years accounting work experience within a Retail Automotive Dealership. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Automotive Dealership software. MS Office applications with an Advanced level in Excel Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Responsibilities; Processing New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals. Review and reconcile the Floor plan and all vehicle related schedules Review and balance of commissions for payroll Processing Dealer Trades, Manufacturer vehicle invoices Processing on demand cheques, AP and AR Processing of invoices according to standard operating procedures, ensuring payments are supported according to established payment policies Reconciling statements Act as first line contact with vendors regarding billing problems Assist in other accounting duties as required Produce Monthly Accounting reports Meet Month end close deadlines.
