Maintain accurate financial records in

Microsoft Office
Support
accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
Prepare and organize
financial and project documentation
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and correspondence
Draft, proofread, and format reports, contracts, and communications
Coordinate document processing using
DocuSign
Greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain organized filing systems
Provide general office support to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience
in administration, bookkeeping, or executive support (construction experience an asset)
Proficiency in
QuickBooks
,
Microsoft Office Suite
,
Outlook
,
Google Workspace
, and
DocuSign
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
