This role will primarily focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and tax coding. Responsibilities:

• Verify invoices for accuracy, including checking tax calculations and coding details.
• Conduct data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with third-party processors to ensure proper handling and review of invoices.
• Perform revenue verification tasks before importing invoices into the system.
• Investigate discrepancies or errors in billing and payment records.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing financial information.
• Assist in maintaining organized records of financial transactions for reporting purposes.
• Provide support in resolving invoice-related queries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and tax coding.
• Familiarity with account reconciliation and billing procedures.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data management.
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role is preferred.
