The Position:

The Accounting Clerk Co-op will provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounting department in order to support a variety of business units within the organization. Working with the Accounting team the incumbent will provide support to ensure the effective delivery of the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in maintaining and refining the electronic files system and standard documents using Microsoft Office, and other software Contribute to preparation of monthly financial statements Assist with revenue accounting and control procedures Review and processing of vendor invoices Prepare month-end account reconciliations Assist with preparation of monthly reports Ensure all project documentation is complete and filed Maintain departmental procedures Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely Complete other duties and projects as assigned Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Suites Strong organizational skills Ability to establish priorities and work without supervision A self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast paces environment with minimal supervision Students should be enrolled in a post-secondary academic program that requires successful completion of a co-op/work term
