• Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Answer general queries from customers and cross-functional teams regarding financial matters.
• Support the accounting team in daily administrative tasks and financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in handling accounts payable (AP) and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with Sage accounting software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Team player with a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency.
