Perks & Benefits:
- Salary will range from $19 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience
- An immediate temporary opportunity that will become a temporary-to-hire position
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Answering phones and forwarding emails from the general inbox
- Data entry of invoices into QuickBooks
- Following up on past due credit card receipts
- 2 plus years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in an office environment
- Experience answering phones and following up on overdue accounts efficiently
- Experience with Excel and Quickbooks is an asset
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- A vehicle is required for this position
