This Accounting Clerk Position Features:

  • 1 year Direct hire contract
  • Remote
  • straight day shift
  • Great Pay to $55K
Immediate need for accounting clerk seeking
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Contract length: October 31st, 2026 - may go longer (maternity leave coverage)
:
  • Maintaining office services, including:
  • Administration of SAP Business One functions related to Account Receivables,
  • Processing customer payments,
  • Processing vendor and service payments,
  • Liaising and negotiating with customers to collect outstanding debt,
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new customers,
  • Creating and maintaining documents related to: Rebate programs, Crate deposits/returns, gift card tracking, etc. in SAP Business One and Microsoft Excel,
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries related to Account Receivables,
  • Reporting of Account Receivables status to Finance Manager,
AP/AR responsibilities as required
  • Working with the full team to ensure excellence in customer service,
  • Assisting in maintaining culture of integrity and respect,
  • Performing any other duties entrusted to you by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of full cycle accounting experience
  • Experience with any ERP system - can teach SAP - SAP is an asset
  • Experience with processing customer payments
  • Proficient in excel (intermediate skills) Candidate will be pulling AR numbers on a o o weekly basis - moving data from SAP and calculate customer rebates
  • Criminal check
