Hiring: Accounting Clerk

Start Date: ASAP

Job Details: Full-time; Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Wages: To be determined; based on experience

Location: 4114 Crozier Rd, Spallumcheen BC, V4Y 0X1

The Accounting clerk performs a variety of accounting and administration duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Accounts Payable:

Manage A/P Email (printing invoices, responds to inquiries and requests)

Processing vendor invoices and weekly payments

Receiving purchase orders

Accounts Receivable:

Preparing & posting bank deposits

Following up with customers on overdue invoices

Other:

Review unit packages for accuracy, prepare brokerage documents for RV units

Assist with monthly inventory count and data entry of inventory adjustments

Back up for the Front Desk and the parts department

Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge of general Accounting procedures
