Key Responsibilities:
Process, organize, and code incoming invoices accurately
Reconcile tills and assist with maintaining accounts receivables
Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents
Provide reception coverage and handle call overflow
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Support other accounting-related tasks as required
