Manage customer support and client communications (phone, email, in-person).
Communicate with the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) on behalf of clients.
Follow up with clients to resolve their queries and ensure timely responses.
Monitor, follow up, and supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable with customers and vendors.
Provide basic tax consultation services to clients as directed by the manager.
Delegate tasks and coordinate with office support staff.
Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
Carry out day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Assist with Ad Hoc projects assigned by the manager.
