Job Description


We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who is highly organized and performs a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions in an organization. General accounts payable functions

  • Check, verify and process invoices
  • Prepare payments
  • Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Consult with departments and vendors
General accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare and submit customer invoices
  • Code, post and receive payments
  • Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
  • General Audit of Job P&L
  • Consult with customers
Education and Experience
  • 2 - 3 years experience in clerical accounting
  • Degree in business or accounting
  • MS Office
  • knowledge of Sage Intacct, Sage 50, or QuickBooks experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
  • Excellent command of English, written and oral

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
