• Review, verify, and input vendor invoices with a keen eye for accuracy
• Process and reconcile payments to vendors and company credit cards
• Manage intercompany expenses and reconciliations
• Handle tax remittance forms, workers compensation paperwork, and other government documents
• Input source data from our hotels and restaurants, ensuring integrity and completeness
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed
• Collaborate with the Controller and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in financial accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud accounting programs such as Sage or Xero
• Familiarity in Payworks or similar payroll software is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
