WONDERING WHAT YOU\'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain:
  • Entering invoices and expenses into accounting software
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Supporting the expense processing and payment processes
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end reports
  • Assisting the Corporate department with administrative tasks, as necessary.

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
  • Post-secondary diploma in accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable role.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Sage and Deltek Vantagepoint is an asset.
  • Reliable, highly organized, motivated
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, and excellence are key
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written with strong inter-personal skills.
