Job Description

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Communicating with clients in a professional manner Performing bookkeeping tasks and preparing files Preparing and filing financial statements Handling general office duties and administrative support

Additional Requirements



Training will be provided; candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly Must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications



Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications

Work Schedule



Full-time: 40 hours per week Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Overtime may be required during tax season
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
