Hardt est pr\xc3\xa9sentement \xc3\xa0 la recherche dun(e):Commis comptable et logistique(Remplacement dun cong\xc3\xa9 de maternit\xc3\xa9 - 13 mois)Le r\xc3\xb4le principal du commis comptable et logistique est d\'effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches reli\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la logistique et comptabilit\xc3\xa9 telles que le traitement des documents dexp\xc3\xa9dition, les comptes payables et recevables, la facturation, la saisie de donn\xc3\xa9es et le classement. Le commis comptable et logistique est un membre du d\xc3\xa9partement des finances et effectue d\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches administratives tel que requis. Ce poste rel\xc3\xa8ve du contr\xc3\xb4leur.Principaux domaines de responsabilit\xc3\xa9

  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et maintenir les fichiers clients des comptes recevables, et \xc3\xa9mettre toutes les factures;
  • Traiter des envois UPS (\xc3\xa9tiquettes et documents dapplications et outils logistiques en ligne);
  • Responsable des envois par messagerie
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les comptes payables;
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer et enregistrer les rapports de d\xc3\xa9penses de carte de cr\xc3\xa9dit;
  • Traitement les paiements par ch\xc3\xa8que;
  • Traitement les d\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xb4ts bancaires hebdomadaires et les encaissements;
  • Traiter le rapport hebdomadaire de r\xc3\xa9clamations de Dynamic Commercial Service (DCS)/SIMS et faire la facturation;
  • Assister l\xc3\xa9quipe des finances dans diff\xc3\xa9rents projets, rapports and analyses ad hoc;
  • Assister l\xc3\xa9quipe des finances dans les fermetures de mois et dann\xc3\xa9e;
  • Point de contact comptabilit\xc3\xa9 et administratif pour DCS.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 \xc3\xa0 2 ans dexp\xc3\xa9rience en comptabilit\xc3\xa9 ou finance avec connaissance des proc\xc3\xa9dures comptables;
  • Niveau interm\xc3\xa9diaire requis pour les logiciels tels que Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel et aptitude avec lInternet. Aisance avec un ordinateur;
  • Communications professionnelles verbales et \xc3\xa9crites avec une bonne grammaire appropri\xc3\xa9e pour un environnement d\'affaires en anglais ou fran\xc3\xa7ais;
  • \xc3\x8atre minutieux et organis\xc3\xa9;
  • \xc3\x8atre fiable face aux clients et avoir un bon esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe.

Hardt is presently seeking a:Accounting and Logistics Clerk(13 months maternity leave replacement)The primary role of the Accounting and Logistics Clerk is to perform duties related to logistics and accounting such as transport processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, data entry and filing. The Accounting and Logistics Clerk is a member of the Finance department and performs other administrative duties as assigned. This position is reporting to the Controller.Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Create and maintain accounts receivable (AR) customer files, issuing all invoices;
  • Processing UPS consolidated shipments (labels and online logistics applications and tools documents);
  • Processing local courier pickups;
  • Create and maintain Account Payables (AP) payments;
  • Prepare and record credit card expenses reports;
  • Processing cheque payments;
  • Processing weekly bank deposit and cash receipts;
  • Processing weekly Dynamic Commercial Service (DCS)/SIMS claims report and invoicing;
  • Assist finance team with other ad hoc accounting projects, reports and analysis;
  • Assist finance team with the preparation of monthly/yearly closing;
  • Act as the accounting and administrative contact for Dynamic Commercial Service (DCS).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in accounting or finance with knowledge of general accounting procedures;
  • Intermediate knowledge required for computer software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet capability. Comfortable using a PC;
  • Professional verbal and written communications with good grammar appropriate for a business environment in English or French;
  • Organized and detail oriented;
  • Responsive to customers and a strong team player.
Working Conditions
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Candidate is expected to be well organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Candidate must be able to work in both independent and team environments.
  • Regular hours 8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday (37.5 hours / week).
Working Conditions: Hardt encourages working from home where the type of work permits it at a maximum of 3 days per week and minimum 2 days in the office.
