Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Head to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting in a 3PL / logistics company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, risk management, and budgeting. This role is critical in driving financial strategy and providing insights to support decision-making across the organization. The Finance Manager will work closely with various departments to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cost management while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.This role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, with a specific focus on logistics-related expenses such as fleet management, fuel costs, and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding the company's financial decisions and maintaining the overall financial health of the business.

Responsibilities

Overlook the accounting team and measure any deviations Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation and help reduce operational costs. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to maintain cash flow. Provide insights into cost management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate finance initiatives. Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification. Quickbooks, Avaal software knowledge compulsory Proven experience in financial services or accounts handling. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices. Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
