Accounting And Bookkeeping Clerk

Job Description

Duties:

-Manage full cycle bookkeeping.

-Reconcile accounts.

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

-Post journal entries using Sage 50.

-Prepare source deductions, WSIB, tax payments and other goverment remittance.

- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the integrity of accounting records

- Support accounts payable processes, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial goals are met

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial management, or a related feild.

-Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and tools such as Sage 50. Quickbooks
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.82-$29.06 per hour

Work Location: In person
