YOUR MISSION





Under the responsibility of the Manager, Finance - Touring Show Operations, the Accounting Analyst will serve as the expert for the shows under their scope and will work closely with other finance departments as well as various touring partners and business partners. In a dynamic environment that requires a high level of autonomy, you will support your colleagues, mainly the Director, Senior Accounting Analysts, and other team members assigned to touring shows.

The incumbent will be responsible for:Ensuring proper accounting of TSD touring show operations Having a strong understanding of the contracts for the shows under their responsibility and acting as the resource person for these contracts Actively participating in month-end processes and delivering all tasks related to the financial results of the shows you oversee within established deadlines Working closely with Touring Directors and Senior Touring Directors to support them in their quarterly forecasts Completing quarterly forecasts and actively participating in the budgeting process Supporting touring cost center directors in developing their projections Preparing monthly variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) for the shows within their division Participating in the quarterly variance analysis process provided by the financial information team Assisting in the preparation of external audit files and tax files, and responding to related inquiries Actively participating in the onboarding and integration of new projects within your sector Documenting your work procedures to promote interchangeability with colleagues Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and the company's administrative procedures Improving and ensuring the necessary internal controls for all processes under your responsibility Availability to travel for temporary replacement or ongoing training purposes is considered an asset Flexibility in work hours to support tours operating across different time zones


YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.), with a specialization in Accounting or equivalent Recognized accounting designation Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a large company Excellent proficiency in Excel Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP, considered an asset Knowledge of LongView, considered an asset Strong attention to detail, high level of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to change Strong analytical skills and ability to establish and maintain clear, structured communication Knowledge of US GAAP, considered an asset Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written
