:We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Analyst based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves working in the industry of accounting, with a focus on customer service and accounts management. It requires a hands-on approach in an office setting and will not involve remote work.Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintaining precise customer credit records
• Conducting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, including tuition collections and monthly invoicing
• Utilizing accounting software systems such as ADP and ERP for efficient data management
• Reconciliation of subledgers and accounts payable general ledgers
• Managing billing functions and addressing customer inquiries promptly
• Ensuring professionalism while interacting with customers, given the customer base consists of generally well-off individuals
• Handling face-to-face interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service
• Generating internal invoices at the end of each month
• Utilizing enterprise resource planning systems for streamlined operations.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Ceridian software
• Knowledge of Concur software
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Background in Auditing
• Experience with Billing Functions
