UDA Consulting Group is actively seeking an

accounting analyst

to join its financial team. This essential role involves the meticulous management of accounting and administrative operations, with a strong emphasis on internal collaboration and rigorous financial reporting.


Teleworking available up to 3 days per week, with the option to work from our offices located in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu or Quebec City.

Job Responsibilities


Assist with the financial management of projects in the Daily. Monitor and invoicing between the various group entities, as well as proactively manage customer and supplier accounts. Accurately prepare various annual and periodic financial reports and perform the necessary bank reconciliations. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure effective monitoring of ongoing projects. Work with the invoicing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents to clients, especially during peak periods. Actively contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with operational teams. Analyze and present financial metrics and relevant key performance indicators for various business areas.

Other Responsibilities:




Support the monthly accounting closing process and participate in audit preparation. annual. Continuously evaluate accounting processes to make recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Perform other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements and Education




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting profile. 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Excellent proficiency in Office Suite tools, particularly Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
