Join Our Team as an Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment--someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.

As an Accounting Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute across multiple areas of accounting. This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial functions, including accounts payable, credit management, accounts receivable, and expense management, while helping you develop both technical expertise and professional skills.

Qualifications & Skill

Strong verbal and written communication skills; Previous customer facing experience is an asset

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

1 to 3 years' experience

Previous accounting experience is an asset

Ability to learn, adapt and change

High accuracy with attention to detail

Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Position Responsibilities

Expense Management

Receive, verify, and reconcile invoices

Arrange and process payments for domestic and offshore vendors

Track, analyze and report on key expense areas

Credit and Accounts Receivable

Set up customer account and perform credit checks

Receive and process inbound payments

Monitor, review and follow up on past-due invoices

Respond and resolve customer inquiries

All other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
