As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department in daily accounting duties

:

Ensure that outstanding receivables remain within company targets Ensure accounts payables are paid in a timely manner. Ensure accounts receivables are collected promptly. Keep Customer accounts within terms Periodic bank reconciliations are completed. Maintain charter of accounts. Establish and review credit policy and terms. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system. Resolve and follow up on Customer account issues and liaise with operations Prepare and send statements to Customers Collections Experience with the various accounting process (A/P, G/L, Payroll, A/R, Banks, Financial Statements) Backup to other functions within the Accounting Department Strong attention to detail, precise Strong communication skills

Qualifications:

University Degree/College Diploma in Accounting 3-5 years experience in an accounting position Software knowledge of Sage 300 and Crystal Reports will be an asset Advanced Excel, Word and Microsoft a must. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent English skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels including with Customers & Suppliers. Ability to fit into a dynamic environment and be a team player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
