What will you do ?

• Prepare and examining financial reports;
• Participate in preparation of financial analysis including budget to actual variance analysis;
• Participate in automation and optimization;
• Improve the rationalization of financial data;
• Ensure implementation of recommendations to improve the accuracy of financial information;
• Identify areas for improvement;
• Support the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial data collection;
• Support activities by liaising with the finance team.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance;
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Experience in financial process improvement;
• Experience with financial system migration;
• Strong analytical thinking and superior learning ability; Team player; Detailed oriented, very organized and takes pride in providing complete and accurate information;
• Comfortable working as part of a large, complex organization with multiple divisions and locations;
• Knowledge and proficiency in accounting and financial systems and software; knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI is essential; Power Query, D365, Odoo, Maximo, will be considered an asset;
• Bilingual French/English.
