Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, overseeing employee expense reports, and handling invoices. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of expense management processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Invoice Management

: Handle end-to-end accounts processes, including receiving, verifying, and processing invoices accurately.

Vendor Collaboration

: Work closely with vendors to reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.

Record Keeping

: Maintain up-to-date and organized records of payable transactions, expenses, and invoices.

Employee Expense Processing

: Oversee the submission and processing of employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Expense Validation

: Validate receipts and approvals for accuracy and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.

Month-End Closing

: Assist in month-end financial closing tasks related to accounts payable and expenses.

Process Improvement

: Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

Performance Metrics

: Prepare and present performance metrics related to accounts receivable and expense management.

Industry Awareness

: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience

: Proven experience in accounts payable, expense management, or a similar role.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Yardi.

Analytical Skills

: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication

: Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
