If you are a talented and experienced Accounting Administrator/Billing Administrator, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our Winnipeg-based client is currently hiring an Accounting Administrator/Billing Administrator for an immediate temporary to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices for billing and updating correspondence for the vendors
  • Entering invoices into their accounting software and Excel
  • Ensure all billing and reporting deadlines are met
  • Prepare AR billing paperwork ensuring billing rates are accurate
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Prepare bank deposit sheets
  • Accurate and timely invoicing of assigned accounts
  • Other duties as assigned by the accounting department
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent, post secondary education in the accounting field preferred but not required
  • One plus years of experience in accounting administration, billing, and or accounts payable with strong data entry skills
  • Transportation experience is an asset but not required
