Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Admin Assistant to support our holding companies home office team.

Key Responsibilities



Perform daily posting, reconciliation, and schedule maintenance Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank deposits Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements Support the Controller and management team with analysis and administrative reporting Maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow processes across all accounting functions

Qualifications



Previous accounting or administrative experience;

Sage experience considered an asset

Strong accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Collaborative, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
