Job Description

Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their collaborative team in North Edmonton.
This position offers a mix of financial administration and office coordination, in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
If you're an organized, detail-driven professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
This is a fully in office position starting immediately.
What You'll Do Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage full cycle day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements; track expenses and budget updates.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports and support annual audit activities.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across all financial documentation.
Office & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including supplies, mail, and vendor communications.
  • Schedule and organize internal meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports for leadership review.
  • Maintain confidential records and support process improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting administration.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a requirement.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - approachable and professional.
  • Experience working in a small professional office.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
