is expanding its Finance team with a detail-oriented

Accounting Administrator

. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the financial operations that fuel's our coast-to-coast success!

This key position involves supporting core accounting functions--such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase order matching, and full-cycle accounting in a manufacturing setting. You will collaborate across departments, help improve processes, and contribute to financial accuracy and strategic goals. The ideal candidate is technically strong, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, solution-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

We're looking for someone with solid accounting fundamentals and versatility to support multiple areas of our finance operations. Key skills and experience include:

Must be proficient in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Understanding of year-end processes and general ledger maintenance Demonstrated experience in AP processes Prior experience with purchase orders, entry and PO matching Familiarity with raw material costing in a manufacturing setting preferably Exposure to capital expenditures and tracking (CapEx) Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on transactional accuracy Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset Responsive, reliable, and capable of managing priorities independently

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years active hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles Experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment is preferred Post-secondary diploma in Accounting or Finance (2-year minimum) Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or Finance is considered an asset Additional certifications (e.g. ERP training) are welcomed and valued
