We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Admin Assistant to join our team in Sherwood Park Alberta. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily financial processes. Responsibilities:

  • Process and record customer payments
  • Prepare and issue client invoices
  • Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up professionally on overdue payments, and assist with account reconciliations.
  • Review and process vendor invoices
  • Reconcile monthly accounts payable reports and vendor statements
  • Collect, verify, and process payroll
  • Maintain and organize accurate records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and contribute to daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting and administration
  • Proficiency with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience using QuickBooks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
