Treesa Builders is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Accountant

to join our finance team in

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's financial stability with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required. Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and company accounts. Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and payroll entries. Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis. Coordinate with project managers on cost tracking and financial planning. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation. Monitor and manage petty cash and company expenditures. Identify discrepancies and propose solutions for financial improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in construction or contracting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
