Your Job


Eco-Tec, A Kovalus Separation Solutions Company, is looking for a Accountant in our Pickering, ON location.


What You Will Do

Processing invoices for payment. Challenge current processes and contribute to transformative changes. Operate proficiently in multiple accounting systems. Validate invoice information. Assistin the preparation of Cash Flow reporting Resolve vendor inquiries (research and produceaccurateandtimelysupport). Closelymonitorand reconcile vendor balances. Perform reconciliations of bank statements,prepareand post journal entries. Other financial analysis as needed, such as GL Reconciliation. Support month-end and year-end closeprocess. Other accounting duties as and whenrequiredto support the team. Work closely and develop relationships with KSS business partners and suppliers.

Requirements:

Accounting experience -1 to 2 years.

Professional experience working in a finance or accounting-related role.

Ability to manage a large volume of data with a high degree of accuracy. Understanding, accepting, and following the establishedKovalues

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience working in accounts payable or accounts receivable. Knowledge Visibility ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills that include pivot tables, formulas, large data sets, and formatting. Experience implementing automation solutions. Strong organization & communication skills
