Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting various financial functions within the organization. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and utilize a range of accounting software tools to maintain the integrity of financial data.

Duties



Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other systems for bookkeeping and financial management Conduct auditing processes to verify compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards Assist with payroll processing and related accounting activities Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly Support budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and prepare reports for management review Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures

Qualifications



Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes Experience in corporate finance, auditing, payroll, and account analysis is preferred Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,506.08-$67,157.79 per year
