We're currently searching for 1 full-time? Financial Accountant ?to work in our Etobicoke office.

We want to hear from you if you possess the following skills and experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Accounts payable, analyze invoices and record entries in accounting software

Maintain and keep accounting and suppliers files in an organized format

Answer any payment inquiries from suppliers

Record the sale journal entry in accordance with the billing system

Perform sale reconciliation, review sale trend and analyze discrepancies

Perform bank reconciliation

Close coordination with banks for monitoring of cash receipts

Close co-ordination with affiliated companies

Perform other functions and duties as the operations or the company may require

Critical Competencies:

Accounting graduate, preferably CGA, CMA or CPA, enrolled

Minimum 3 years related accounting experience

Solid and practical experience in all phases of accounting, accounts payable/receivable

Intermediate knowledge of financial systems, reporting and analysis

Cost-efficient, highly organized, and results-oriented

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated

Proven communication, planning and computer abilities

Dedicated to the philosophy of professionalism and continuous improvement

Excellent team player

Ability to work well under pressure

This position will oversee the payroll coordinator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
