Immediately available Junior Accountant contract role Downtown London working 5 DAYS A WEEK On-site with a highly respected organization in the community. The Junior Accountant opportunity requires the handling of various accounting function. You will have experience with processing and recording accounting entries, utilize accounting software systems to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, assist in preparing trial balance and balance sheets, as well as handling account coding and adjust journal entries on a regular basis. The successful candidate will require professional business English both written and verbal. You will have experience in prioritization of tasks, cross department collaboration, and strong attention to detail. This Junior Accountant position is a 3 months opportunity.The Junior Accountant must have 1+ years of accounting experience. Working for a highly respected organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Accountant and be a collaborative team player. To be successful in this Junior Accountant position, you must be able to work on site 5 days a week in London, Ontario and available immediately. You will have intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables and lookups), professional business English both verbal and written, and accounting software systems experience.
