TAX ACCOUNTANT Calgary, AB

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Personal Tax Returns

Corporate Year Ends, including:

o Review of Bookkeeping

o Year-end adjustments to bookkeeping done by our clients and by our internal

bookkeeper

Corporate Income Tax, T slip and GST Return preparation

Liaising with clients to complete their personal and corporate taxes

Customer Service for clients' accounting and Tax issues

Accounting and Financial support for specific companies

Occasional Bookkeeping

QUALITIES/SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

5 years+ of corporate tax experience

At least 3 years of experience in the public accounting industry working with corporate and individual clients

Full cycle accounting knowledge (for small to medium size businesses)

Income Tax and GST knowledge specific to small and medium size business owners

Demonstrate attributes such as a passion to serve, humility, challenging status quo.

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Self-starter, highly motivated and a demonstrated ability to work well in a diverse environment

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

References who support a strong history of superior client service

REMUNERATION:

Our pay rates are competitive within the industry. We offer a commission-based pay structure that is calculated on the number of clients serviced and their complexity. Location:

KD Office, Option for partial remote work once person has successfully trained and can prove that they can do the job for approximately 6 months.

Salary:

$60,000 to $120,000 /year
