As an Account Supervisor you bring value to clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. You are a trusted partner and point of contact for mid-level clients partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management to their business(es).

You have a deep understanding of integrated AOR Clients and strong business and financial acumen.

  • Hands on account lead with a growth mindset. Experience delivering integrated AOR experiences in a fast paced agency environment
  • Understanding of the Canadian advertising landscape
  • Experience with new creative /concepts on a premiere agency brand
You are highly organized and accountable project leaders who are able to build relationships and collaborate with/draw on the expertise of all Pubicis Groupe capabilities.You add value by interrogating every client brief and assignment, and striving to solve our client\'s larger business problems, not just the immediate request at hand.

Responsibilities:
  • Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work on brief
  • Influencing the efficiency and quality of work and advocating for the agency/client relationship
  • Mobilizing and driving the integrated team towards forward progress, action and results
  • Effectively presenting work from a delivery standpoint
  • Serving as a mentor/coach and/or direct manager to more junior team members and supporting the development of these team members
  • Understanding & respecting every department\'s role in delivering great work and building relationships
  • Experience in integrated campaigns - video production, print, digital and non-traditional mediums.
  • Document all client and agency meetings and help manage budgets and finances.
  • Manage projects, budgets and timelines under the supervision of the account lead
  • Understanding staffing and scoping requirements
  • Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans
  • Manage project progress and ensure smooth collaboration between people from all disciplines (strategy, creative, media, production etc)
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years client facing industry experience managing \xe2\x80\x9cthe making\xe2\x80\x9d or delivery of great work in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding and experience with integrated campaigns of the various executional channels and trafficking for TV, OOH, digital, social etc.
  • Hands on account lead with a growth mindset. Experience delivering integrated AOR experiences in a fast paced agency environment
  • Understanding of the Canadian advertising landscape
  • Experience with new creative /concepts on a premiere agency brand
  • Demonstrable knowledge of client and Agency operations
  • Strong background in the strategy and development of programs
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Experience forming strong client relationships
  • Strong internal relationships (particularly with creative team)
  • A good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly)
  • Accountability and calm, confident presence
  • Experience with Telecomm - nice to have
