We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Account Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the USA market.

Position Overview: The Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence in the USA market. This includes overseeing trade shows, maintaining and developing relationships with US clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the US market, and a passion for the outdoor apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate participation in US trade shows to maximize brand visibility and sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing US clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in the USA.

Achieve sales targets and objectives, providing regular reports on progress and market insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Travel as required to meet with clients and attend trade shows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor apparel or accessories industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

Strong understanding of the US market and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and the outdoor apparel industry.

Ability to travel within the USA as needed.
