Account Representative/Graphic Designer Role Description: -Facilitate sales emails, answer sales calls, and build jobs into our CRM -Facilitate all internal sales quoting (training provided) -Coordinate installations with Production Manager -Schedule all design work -Design signs and graphics (Creative Cloud (Adobe) experience is required) -Participate in weekly departmental Level 10 (Traction EOS) meetings -Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills. We insist on a strong attitude towards customer service and providing a \xe2\x80\x9cWOW\xe2\x80\x9d experience with each installation and project -Must have a strong attitude as a team player. Teamwork is a must with this role.
