We're currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Saskatoon team and help grow our presence across Saskatchewan.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Madero to both new and existing customers. You'll build and maintain strong relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support our customers with top-tier service from initial contact to final delivery. Reporting to both the Sales Manager and Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving branch sales goals while supporting Madero's long-standing reputation for excellence.
This is a full-time, customer-facing role based in Saskatoon, with travel throughout the province. You will work exclusively with dealers and retail partners -- Madero is a wholesale supplier and does not sell directly to end users or contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales growth by pursuing new dealer and retail customers and nurturing existing relationships.
Represent Madero professionally with lumberyards, hardware stores, and other wholesale customers throughout Saskatchewan.
Meet and exceed sales targets developed with the Sales Manager.
Prepare detailed quotes, manage orders, and handle follow-ups and warranty-related items.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Madero's product offerings and communicate value to dealers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.
Conduct on-site customer visits, build trust, and provide value-added support.
Support the branch in achieving its financial and operational goals.
What We're Looking For:
Sales and customer service experience, ideally in the building materials, doors, or hardware industries.
A strong understanding of the construction sector and the needs of dealers and retail partners.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan to meet with clients.
A strong commitment to safe driving and representing the company with integrity.
