The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and relationship management of ClearDent\xe2\x80\x99s existing customers within the assigned territory. This role operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to their accounts and acts as an interface between Customer Support and Customer Success. As part of the Sales team, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales targets for ClearDent\xe2\x80\x99s product stack of value-add solutions, including, ClearConnect, ClearInsight, ClearVault, ClearDent Cloud upgrades, and any authorized partner solutions. Additional sales include professional services such as installation, training, and more, routinely requested during the customer life-cycle. Travel is a requirement for the role since the Account Manager will periodically visit dental practices in the territory to foster the relationship with our customers. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Territory\xe2\x80\x99s Outbound Account Executive during promotional events such as Study Clubs, Tradeshows, webinars, and seminars. Responsibilities Revenue Generation Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business by:
Serving as the lead point of contact and being accountable for all post-acquisition sales activities, such as upgrades, additional licenses, new subscriptions, and introduction of new modules and partner products
Customer service and life cycle Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by:
Utilizing effective customer service skills to identify the root of customer concerns and resolve those concerns by facilitating or escalating to appropriate departments
Being the knowledge contact that works with the customers assigned directly and manage their expectation, including, but not limited to, product features, service scope, contractual obligations, billing inquiries, and more
Administration Manage a clean and organized pipeline of business opportunities by:
Keeping detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions in CRM and other relevant business applications
Other duties as may be required and assigned by the Manager
What You Bring
A minimum of two years of software sales or dental sales experience preferred
Dental industry experience, preferably at the reception or office manager level, is an asset
Demonstrated success with solving problems and advocating for customers
Comfortable with technology, and strong computer skills - you will have to become familiar with a tech stack
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to data integrity and management
Detail oriented
Post Secondary diploma or higher preferred
Previous use of Salesforce CRM is an asset
