As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, account management, and client engagement within the healthcare or staffing sector.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. Develop and implement strategic sales and account management plans to drive business growth. Present staffing solutions that align with client needs and industry demands.
Account Management & Client Retention

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare facilities, administrators, and decision-makers. Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to understand evolving needs and provide proactive staffing solutions.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination

Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and effective placements. Provide insights on market trends, client requirements, and service enhancements to internal teams.
Reporting & Market Insights

Prepare and deliver client performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications Industry Experience & Business Acumen

Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within healthcare staffing or a related healthcare field.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
