Our customers are mostly rural, and range from service stations, bulk fuel dealers and farmers, to First Nation gasoline stations on outlying reserves as well as urban reserve stations. Description
Working directly with Management you will help the organization reach out to potential customers and ensure current customer needs are met.
This position is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members.
Responsibilities
• Seeking out potential new customers
• Conducting customer visits on a regular basis
• Respond to requests for quotations and tenders
• Searching out and planning customer events for sales to attend
• BBQs and Jets games coordination
• Ensuring contracts are up to date and planning renewals
• Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to management
• Supporting operational customer requests - oil orders / parts / repairs
Required Skills
• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships
• Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
• Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time
• Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
Travel
• Approximately 25% within Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario
• Company vehicle provided for travel
